Attacker and Protector will face each other and measure
the distance between them (The distance will be determined by both parties
extending their arms OUTWARD in Front of them until their fists meet.
After the protector has completed the exercise the
Protector and the attacker will change roles. When BOTH feel confident
with the techniques of the exercise they will move on to the next
exercise. The Protector should react as soon as the attacker starts the
attack.
ONE
1. Attacker will KI-UP and step back into a Left Front
Stance Left Hand Low Block. Protector will stay in Ready Stance.
2. Attacker will KI-UP and step into a Right Front Stance
and Execute a Right Middle Punch. Protector will then Step into A 45
degrees Left Front Stance and execute a Left Hand Outside Block. Then,
Right, Left punches to the ribs Followed by a Right Punch to the
Attacker’s Right Temple.
TWO
1. Attacker will KI-UP and step back into a Left Front
Stance Left Hand Low Block. Protector will stay in Ready Stance.
2. Attacker will KI-UP and step into a Right Front Stance
and Execute a Right Middle Punch. Protector will then step into A Right 45
degrees FRONT Stance. Simultaneously execute A Left Knife Hand Block and a
Right Knife Hand Strike to the Left Side of the Attacker’s neck.
THREE
1. Attacker will KI-UP and step back into a Left Front
Stance Left Hand Low Block. Protector will stay in Ready Stance.
2. Attacker wills KI-UP and step back into a Right Front
Stance and execute a Right Middle Punch. Protector will move right leg
forward into a Right Side Stance, then grab the Attacker’s wrist with his
left hand and execute a Right Knife Hand Strike to his right elbow.
Protector then slides his Right Knife Hand Up to the right side of the
Attacker’s neck.
FOUR
1. Attacker will KI-UP and step back into a Left Front
Stance Left Hand Low Block. Protector will stay in Ready Stance.
2. Attacker wills KI-UP and step into a Right Front
Stance and execute a Right Middle Punch. Protector will move right leg
forward into 45 degrees Right Front Stance and Execute a Left inside
Block. A right Middle Punch KI-UP.
FIVE
1. Attacker wills KI-UP and step back into a Left Front
Stance Left Hand Low Block. Protector will stay in Ready Stance.
2. Attacker will KI-UP and step into a Right Front Stance
and Execute a Right Middle Punch. Protector will move right leg Forward
into a 45 degrees Right Front Stance and Execute a Left Hand Knife Hand
Block and a Right Elbow Strike to the Solar Plexus.
SIX
1. Attacker will KI-UP and step back into a Left
Front Stance Left Hand Low Block. Protector will stay in Ready Stance.
2. Attacker wills KI-UP and step into a Right Front
Stance and execute a Right Middle Punch. Protector will move right leg
forward into a 45 degrees Right Front Stance. With his left hand he will
grab the Attacker’s right wrist and execute Driving Elbow to the
Attacker’s left rib cage, followed by a Right Hand Fist to the Attacker’s
face.
SEVEN
1. Attacker will KI-UP and step back into a Left
Front Stance Left Hand Low Block. Protector will stay in Ready Stance.
2. Attacker will KI-UP and step into a Right Front
Stance and Execute a Right Middle Punch. The Protector will stay in the
ready position and execute a Right Hand Palm up Block followed by Right
Side Kick to the Attacker’s right rib cage.
EIGHT
1. Attacker will KI-UP and step back into a Left
Front Stance Left Hand Low Block. Protector will stay in Ready Stance.
2. Attacker will KI-UP and step into a Right Front
Stance and Execute a Right Middle Punch. The Protector will step into a
Left Front Stance and execute a Left Middle Block. Simultaneously
executing a Right Palm Strike to the face.
NINE
1. Attacker will KI-UP and step back into a Left
Front Stance Left Hand Low Block. Protector will stay in Ready Stance.
2. Attacker wills KI-UP and step into a Right Front
Stance and execute a Right Middle Punch. The Protector will step 45
degrees to the left executing a Right Side Kick to the Attacker’s right
knee cap.
TEN
1. Attacker will KI-UP and Step Back into a Left
Front Stance Left Hand Low Block. Protector will stay in Ready Stance.
2. Attacker will KI-UP and step into a Right Front
Stance and Execute a Right Middle Punch. Protector will step into Right
Side Stance and execute a Right Hand outside Block, followed by a Left
Back Side Kick in the Stomach.
